chocolate chip walnut blondies

These are soooo goooood…

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup melted Earth Balance
  • chia seed egg replacer (2 teaspoons chia seeds + 6 tablespoons warm water; mix together and let sit ~5 minutes until forms a goopy gel)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • ~ 1/3 cup soymilk
  • ~ 2 handfuls chocolate chips
  • ~ 1 handful chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to a 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake for ~20 minutes.
