More delicious cookies from the BabyCakes Covers the Classics cookbook!
This time I made the nilla wafers. Although the recipe said to flatten the cookies before baking (to make them more wafer-ish, like the nilla wafers you’d buy a box of at the grocery store), I didn’t, because I prefer soft cookies to crunchy wafers. They were very vanilla-y and super yummy. My taste testers (non-vegan, non-gluten-free eaters) loved these cookies as well!
